Is it a shock to the system?

 

Are you feeling utterly exhausted after a week in the office, compared to how you felt pre-lockdown?

 

Our lifestyles have changed considerably over the last 2 years, so expecting our bodies and minds to instantly snap back and adapt to old habits is unrealistic.

As we look to adjust, now is a great opportunity to form healthy new routines that last the test of time, rather than slipping back into old ones. If we’ve learnt anything in the last couple of years, it’s that we need to put more focus on both our physical and mental health.

 

So you’ve decided to make healthy changes to your routine, but where do you start?

Unless you are already a pro, this is like having a map without a compass.  At COACH London, our experienced team of Coaches offer guidance and encouragement whilst building you a personalised routine centered around expert knowledge rather than guess work. We offer new members a lifestyle consultation and a biomechanical assessment to help you start your journey on the right foot. This one hour, one to one coaching session has been specifically designed to gather all the relevant contextual information required, to ensure you have a clear and efficient pathway towards your health goals and aspirations.
