Dynamic Pilates is designed to address the body’s natural balance through a series of controlled movements to improve strength, flexibility and posture within the body. The main areas that we focus on are the core muscles, waist, and lower back, the centre of support for the rest of the body.
The word “dynamic” suggests that the class is more intense than traditional Pilates. Get ready to work hard, concentrate on your movements, and sweat, sweat, sweat!
In this class, we combine the fundamental Pilates principles of “isolate, fatigue, and stretch” with high-energy aerobic and anaerobic training.
By combining exercise and stretching into the routines, our dynamic Pilates class is one of the most effective body-sculpting workouts available. This class is suitable for all genders and ages, so there’s no reason why you can’t benefit from this great new class.
