In need of an energy boost to help fuel our team for a busy week of preparations in advance of our re-opening on April 12th, we asked our in-house nutritionist, Sarah Carolides (MD), to whip up a breakfast dish full of nutrients, high quality protein and omega-3.
Proving that good health and good taste can go hand in hand, Sarah has created a tasty healthy dish, thats simple and easy to make at home.
