Return to Play Programme?

Recovering from surgery or injury can be a long journey, with multiple medical professionals and touch points involved in a complete rehabilitation. Finding the best route to wellness is essential to ensure the speediest recovery.

Essential to this, is sourcing the best team of professionals and fine-tuning their approach to offer a distinctly personal recovery programme. Our programme gives you a distinct advantage, by dovetailing every element of your recovery journey – all under one roof.

Your programme starts with a detailed consultation, where your specific goals and objectives are agreed and a plan of action mapped out.

Anyone who is recovering from a sustained injury or from surgery and who wants to get back to form is an ideal candidate for this programme.

You will have access to our in-house team of physical and medical experts and rehabilitation specialists. Our team communicates together, and with you at every step of the way, resulting in a stress-free, safe and personalised recovery programme.

As your needs will be unique to you, the team at COACH LONDON will diagnose, evaluate and develop a bespoke programme with your specific goals in mind.

Programmes range in length from 4 to 12 weeks.
